Machinery ReHub SG – part of the I T I C group

Machinery ReHub SG has been operating since 2022 as a dedicated unit within the I T I C group, focusing on the lifecycle of industrial equipment. Our role is to connect manufacturers, asset owners and investors with the right used machines and complete lines – at the right time, at realistic prices.

We work with food and beverage producers, packaging and plastics processors, and companies operating CNC and general industrial equipment. From first enquiry to final handover, our team manages communication, expectations and documentation so projects move forward without unnecessary noise.

How we help manufacturers and asset owners

We operate between production, finance and the secondary machinery market. Our job is to make the buy-sell process clear, structured and predictable – whether you are looking for a single machine or restructuring entire production lines.

Buy-side

Sourcing used machines & lines

We help production and engineering teams find used machines that fit their process, footprint and capacity targets – without overpaying or compromising on critical parameters.

  • Short-lists of suitable machines and complete lines
  • Condition, hours and upgrade potential where available
  • Alignment with layout and process constraints
Sell-side

Disposing surplus & decommissioned assets

When you upgrade, consolidate or shut down lines, we help turn idle equipment into capital through structured dispositions or direct acquisitions.

  • Evaluation and realistic pricing suggestions
  • Marketing through our network of buyers
  • Buy-out or brokerage models depending on project
Project support

From concept to execution

Together with technical and logistics partners we support the practical aspects of moving, dismantling and reinstalling industrial assets when required.

  • Coordination of dismantling and preparation for transport
  • Relocation and installation via specialized partners
  • Clear roles, responsibilities and timelines

Practical advantages of Machinery ReHub SG

We constantly refine our process based on feedback from both buyers and sellers. The goal is simple: fewer surprises, clearer communication and a more predictable outcome for all parties.

As part of the I T I C group we apply the same principle across our activities: data instead of guesswork, structure instead of noise, long-term over one-off gains.

Clarity

Structured information

We summarize technical details, condition notes and commercial parameters in a way that decision-makers can actually use – not just archive.

Feedback loop

Continuous improvement

After each project we review what worked and what did not – response times, documentation quality, logistics – and adjust our internal playbooks.

Network

Curated partner network

We work only with logistics and technical partners who understand the specifics of industrial equipment – from food-grade environments to high-precision CNC.

Reliability

Realistic timelines

We avoid overpromising. Instead, we align on realistic timelines and keep all stakeholders updated as projects progress – especially when something changes.
